How does it work?

You’ve made a decision: you need a Workation! Congratulations, that's the best choice you can make in your professional life. You don’t have a lot of decisions ahead of you, but this is the first: choose a suitcase. 

Not a physical suitcase (that comes later!). Instead, choose one of the three price class suitcases. Our Workations are priced to be accessible while still allowing for the luxuries you desire. Then select the package of your choice with the orange button.

Okay, it’s time to pick a destination. We highly recommend Aruba, Valencia, and Marrakesh, or tell us your dreams: from hiking mountains in Austria to eating štrukli in Zagreb.

At this point, you’ll pay once € 90 and your personal Workation Expert will start planning multiple options (three) for your dream trip, tailored to your wishes. And the best part is, you're not committed to anything yet!

Over at theWorkationers headquarters, it’s all systems go. We believe in creating bespoke Workations that suit your needs and desires. So we’ll begin with a short questionnaire and if you have indicated and appreciated it, an additional online intake interview. 

You’ll answer questions ranging from how often you take Zoom or Teams video calls for work, to how you like your eggs in the morning. 

We’ll use this information to custom-create the Workation plan of your dreams, presented as a beautiful A4-booklet,  including three accommodation options. Your plan will be delivered within just ten days, tailored to your budget and brimming with culture, food, and activity tips!

Your Workation offer will have you dreaming about working from anywhere you desire. Less stress, waking up blissfully in a new environment. Creating your own daily schedule at your desk with a view, surrounded by the twists and turns of unfamiliar languages.

While you’re still not obliged at this point to pay more than your initial €90, your unique itinerary is ready if you decide to take the plunge. 

When you jump in, your Workation Expert will work with you before, during, and after your journey. You’ll receive your (often partially tax-deductible!) invoice one month before departure. Your adventure, inspiration and new energy are waiting: welcome to your new office!
