The duration of a Workation can vary widely, depending on personal preferences and professional commitments.

In general, Workations can span from seven days to several weeks or even months. We recommend at least two weeks. Some opt for a week of work and relaxation, while others choose a full month (or more) in a different location to bring out their best.

One of the best parts of a Workation is flexibility in scheduling. You have the freedom to choose your work and leisure schedule. Here are some tips for finding a good balance:

• Set clear working hours: Plan your working hours in advance to maintain a separation between work and free time.
• Create a to-do list: Organize and prioritize your work with a daily to-do list to enhance focus and efficiency.
• Plan free time activities: Allocate time for enjoyable and relaxing activities, such as exploring the area, sports, or cultural experiences.

Absolutely! A new environment is prime for stimulating new ideas, fresh thinking, and boundless amounts of energy. The world is calling your (or your employees) names — and what better reward for completing a project than jumping in the ocean, trying an exotic new food, or doing an exhilarating activity?

We aim to make Workations accessible to everyone by offering three different packages at the best possible prices. Each package is developed into a complete tailor-made Workation Plan, including three different accommodation options and suitable TWKTS Experiences. Additional TWKTS (Private) Experiences outside the package can be added at an extra cost.

In each personal Workation plan, we create a tailor-made estimate of the business deductible costs after the €90 payment and the personal intake.
